I dont use Vray myself but turn up the samples on the material or turn up the amount of Final Gather in the render settings. See what happens...

some of it is the quality of your scene settings. the grainyness of the materials could be the case because you have low subdivids in the materials. also, vraylights have a subdivid count for shadows. for tests, it's impractical to crank it up but for finals, you usually want to increase the quality of your settings.

from a quick look i'd guess you have multiple issues.

#1 : samples in your light's area shadows are too low
#2 : seems you're using Adaptive Subdivision AA with default settings ? get rid of the -1...rather go 0/3 or better yet switch to Adaptve QMC/DMC
#3 : The scene is too dark. One of the biggest priorities for the sampler to decide if it takes a lot or just a few samples (based on your min/max settings) is brightness and contrast. So brightening the scene will automatically increase the sampling.

Thorsten

Its masses of knowledge behind that pic. Ex you must know how to place the light in right pos. then you have to have some great materials and of course great render settings to get a crispy result like that, GOOD LUCK
