This is an Aston Martin DBS that I turned into a convertible. This is the second car that I've ever done. It's still a work in progress. I modeled it in Maya and rendered it with Mental Ray.

it's an interesting idea. not sure if the execution is spot-on though. this is low-poly right?

yes it is about 40,000 polys right now. I used the V8 Vantage Roadster as a reference for how Aston Martin does their convertibles. What do you see thats a problem with it?

the front wheel arch seems weird. it's like a flare. the dbs had a one that was a bit less pronounced.

Good work, man. Stitches between different parts of vehicle should have same width. Check out left top corner of the windshield glass ;)
Post some wires :)
