what rendering engine are you using?
anyway, just keep an eye around here and you'll learn how to make proper render, too... :P check the tutorials section or make a quick search in this forum __________________

I think the windows are curved in the wrong direction.

petter - i'm using metalray or default scanline because v-ray its too powerfull for my pc and a render takes very much time.
Shogunato- yes you are right...i started to fix the problem..so far one side is done...i will post some renders tomorrow with the hole problem fixed. you got a very good eye |

stop using skanline renderer.mental ray it's better.i also use it. you can ask me if you need help...
what max version do you have? __________________

so, i think the point it's to aichive a realistic result for static pictures.
he's not making any animation to not need very much quality, and even if he would do that,MR would still be the best choice. it really is a rendering ENGINE.it's done for that job.it is optimized to be faster and have a good quality(making correct calulations-lighting,shadows,photon spread, GI,caustics and so on) scanline it's just for previews or not even for that.MR it's better at that too, but 3d max neded a standard built in renderer, so they had to do scanline. since MR it's included in max, they didn't even gived theyr best to upgrade scanline renderer... __________________
