my first try at 3d modelling

After playing around with 3ds max for a few weeks, I got the basics and decided to follow a boxmodelling tutorial. I tried to follow the tutorial but it had some problems at so I modelled a different one from there instead. There are quite a lot of bumps as I accidentally edited some edges and only realised that they were messed up a few minutes later:banghead:. But I still hope that you will like it.

haha thanks I am just making a random 3D car for some warm up. Didn't really draw the initial concepts and so I just modelled as I went along

I am trying 'serious modelling' out for the first time, and coincidentally had some last minute ideas for the car. I really have quite a few cars which I want to model, but sadly I don't have enough time...:o

Looks pretty good for just a warm up. Going with the flow is always good.

haha thanks.. yeah I think the wheel arches are a tad too wide, and I will probably make the rear wheel arches wider than the front ones after adjustments. But the problem is that I had done it not using 'extrude', but rather dragged the wheel arch out. Gotta spend some time editing it.
