    I don't know you computer configuration but it seems that it will be difficult for you to render it cuz of the details and precision. you must have tones of polys there. I've experienced some "system memory low" rendering one of my cars. I had to render the body in highpoly and the interior and engine in lowpoly. it kinda sucks man. I just hope you can render it without any problem cuz this one is tight.

    A scene wouldn't add more that 10 000 polygons. And that is a good budget. Add 10 000 too your 5 zillion polygons u already got... You do the maths, it's not a big difference.

    hope so =) i think the end result would be up to 3 000 000 polys
    and if i cant render i will have to ask some one with better computer then mine and good render skills to do it for me ...

    10 000 in 3dmax maybe ... but i aint going to model using polys ... if ill be making scene it would be made in rhino too ... so it wouldbe not 10 000 it would be about 100 000 - 500 000 polys ....

    I wouldn't advise you to trust your model to anyone unless you know that person very well. I trusted a guy to render my car and puff,... I'v never seen any rendering and a sent him zillions of e-mails and pm but no response. I don't even care anymore cuz I only trust myself

    That many? wow. my poor pc would exploud if I put it rendering a car with 3 000 000 polys plus 100 000 - 500 000 polys for the scene...

    render polycount is very relative........

    here I render more than 1,2 milion, at least......

    my A6 had, at the middle of the project, something like 900k poly..

    I think that you can handle many polys at render, but the problem is the viewport...

    nurbs is constant at view, if youimport with .3ds, but if you import with something like IGES or PWR nurbs, you can hadle without problems, cos there are setting to make things light at the Vport...

    but the rendertimes with more polys will increase much!

    here, only for the calcs, take 1/5 of the total time, because the Physical ram became full used, and so the Virtual memory takes it place, this is slower... so you HD led user indicator can explode :scream: uhuhuAH

    Nice update on the interior.

    Anyway, regarding the off-topic talk on "taste", I am the guy who likes the Gallardo more than the Murcielago. Murcielago is ugly to me, Gallardo is sexy. :P However, your modelling is superb. Haha.

    It is just a matter of taste so no need for fight for it.

    ahaha! LOL now that's funny. Now my hope to this Murcielado rolling on the streets is higher Thanks for sharing this information man. I didn't know anything about that. workin with this kind of things it's not that simple. I'll have to do some more searches related to this:chinese:

    to andrei : i usually hide the staff im not working with otherwise rhino lags ...
    but what you seen on last the renders is about 1 000 000 polys
