3D Software for Mac

Anyone know of any good 3D Applications for Apple Mac?
2.5ghz Dual Core,
2gb RAM,
512mb Graphics Card.

there's maya and modo (as mentioned before) there's google sketchup (which i will never recommend) and then there is cinema 4d!!!(which in my point of view was the best although maya has more features, it still takes a while to model a car. oh wait...i do remeber....there was one version of alias studiotools for mac (don't remeber which one...maybe 2008?)
