    Toyota Supra in DETAIL...

    Hello-
I decided to pick up an old supra model I made back in summer 2007(which really sucked) and give it an entire make-over. Just about everything is new. The plans are to build the entire interior, engine, transmission, suspension, & chassis. I'm not planning to finish any time soon; just taking it slow cause it's a HUGE project. These are just some progress shots. I've been hammering at this new supra for almost 3 months now.

Critiques are welcome. There are some parts I'll be needing help with soon, but I'll mention that later on when I get there. I'll keep posting updates, and I am excited to see the input from this community of 3d artists. Thanks for viewing!

Hi TUss4, which part of the bumper air intake? I'll take a look at it... thanks for noticing. It would just be helpful if you could point it out. Thanks, and happy new year!

Hi P2sta - thanks for viewing. The renders weren't intended to be great quality; all the textured renders here were done with standard viewport lights. I render it like that to test the reflections. Thanks for commenting though!! I'll need your critical eye when I do start serious renders. Happy new year!

if you're going for details, the tire needs to be much smoother. the tread will be a dead giveaway.

    Hi rodderworld,
Thanks for viewing! Yeah, I'm not yet satisfied with the look of the tires (I'm assuming you're talking about the one with the michelin mxx3 logo on it). I'll get to that as soon as possible! Thanks much!! Keep checking back cause I'll need your critical eye!!

    Hi MDzin,
thanks for viewing!! I'm not gonna stop modeling this car until it's completely finished. Supras are my all-time favorite cars!! I'm using polygon modeling; I wish I knew how to model with nurbs; sometimes it seems like the better way to go. Well, keep checking back-- I'm not stopping this car!!

    Tire update...

Here's a base render of the new tires. I had trouble smoothing out the previous one, so here's the new one. I'm currently working on refining the front bumper. That'll be up soon-- keep checking! Thanks everyone!
