The technique is pretty simple.. it called "Ghosting" you draw first the rough shape and turn your paper and you can see where the proportions/perspective are wrong.. so you can easily correct the base and draw it right.. and then you take another paper and draw your 2nd one once again. turn your 2nd paper and draw again.. in this process you find the perfect proportions for you eyes. and then start detailing
all freehand the ghosting technique i used only on the lower left one... the other just 1 stage.
Oh nice to know, thanks for the info. Im definitely gonna try that.
But tbh, the sketches that you created w/o using the ghosting method look better. xP
it looks great man. Tho the sketch of the back really reminds me of the 5 series gt somehow. I really like the sketch you made with the ghosting technique, it looks like the prof sketches makes for a car. Great job, now i wanna see it in 3d
Dave: I see Duron you are toying with the GT shape on the 5 series
What do you mean?
@P2sta
Thanks man, youre welcome
@Erik
Maybe it looks like 5GT but you've already seen the base model and it looks not like the 5GT i know that, cuz i made/have the blueprints of this beauty
yeah man i know the dimensions are completely different from the gt and your concept. But you can see some characteristicks of the gt in the rear of this car. I don't say it is a bad thing
the one in the middle right looks like having the perfect perspective...and it's also the best camera angle.
your concept looks like a limousine version of the x6 suv.
anyway, it looks great. no sci-fi design...it's just ready to go to production line :x
@Erik
I also not thought that this is bad I know what you wanted to say
@Petter
yes you have it man. indeed the x6 was not my reference but yes it looks like a sedan version of it
Thanks for the kind words man

So after i finally got my Wacom Bamboo F&T i drawed another Concept sketch called HSC (Hybrid Sport Coupé)
Damn this tablet is so great and comfortable that since i got it, i never touched my mouse again.. you can use it just as an mouse and its much greater than a mouse imo.. only in some situation the mouse still best solution but i just have to say wow..
A Wacom tablet and Autodesk Sketchbook pro = Best combo for sketchings... especially a Cintiq 21UX is soo awesome:love:
