    sm@rt's redering thread

    Hello community! I'm back again.
    I have modeled '40 custom Ford DeLuxe. Design by Bo Zolland ( Viztech ).
    You can check WIP at smcars.
    I want to make some renders with this model. Here is first test render. I almost forget VRay. How to remove these white dots?

    Wow, that Looks good... I guess those dots artifacts occurs because you have subdivs or Image sampling set up too low. What VRay setting do you have on?

    Thanks for advice. All Vray settings are very low. I have turned on Sub-pixel mapping in Color mapping settings, but it doesn't help. I hope better image sampling will help.

    Use light catche as secondary GI instead of Brute Force. Especially with studio scene... This will help reduce that dots artefacts.

    I have reseted render settings and make new test with little better quality. I'm going to work on materials and fender's reflections. What do you think about car-paint?
