thanks P2sta, as u suggested, ive started the detailing, ill post some wires and screen grabs in my free time..
i do kno my renders are very bad, i can model but im learning slowly but surely. ive added the mirrors, and ive started the engines, the model is far from perfect, i do find it satisfactory to the level im at at the moment, and will hopefully increase over, time, please cc, and if possible giv any tips to aid in makin powerful realistic renders whether it be links to website or just ur personal advice, please and thnk you.

    nice modeling !

Your light is way too hight. Try to play with white plane as reflection.
There is a lot of thing to help you into the rendering tutorial section,

    Hi wandrinsheep
good model .. but u have to improve it
about the render u can made a scene as hdri( check on cgcars resources ) and some panel reflected and everything fixed with area/point/spot lights and enjoy it
Mental ray is strong but not easy as vray, take a time man

really good modeling, really clean, but pay more attention on the lighting of the scene, and try to find a better for the car

ive been in my little corner u c, practicing....practicin....practicing, perfection i seek, muhahahahaha, lol yea im kinda screw loose, anyways, ive been practing realistic rendering, for the upcomin animation ill b doin, which includes, this ferrari f430, and an aston martin v8 vantage, as my first car approaches tru completion, which is a first, im very happy with my results...., the mirror refractions arent that gud though can i get some help on creating a realistic car glasss, ive also done most the engine, for aesthetics, so it is very detailed or accurate, but wont be seeing it up close lol.

the prints youre using are very off, you should check references more often. it's off in many places the back the front, the diffusor, the exhaust is too big, wrong placed .. even taillights are. You should watch the curvature of the car. It feels like a tamiya toy car or something. I can point things out if youre interested and willing to fix those.

    cheers,
