    BMW M3 gtr E92

This is my wip thread for my bmw, i choose this car because i think that is really hard to do.
I saw that a user of cgcars just do it time a go, and i use a lot of his image as reference for my project.
At the moment i have some trouble with the rear of the car, but i will work on it in this day.
For more detail and image go to cd125.wordpress.com , sorry but it is in italian...
    Sorry for my english

Where the bonnet meets the front bumper (those 2 elevated posts, around the grill area), you have different tesselations. Generally that s not very desirable as the shape cannot be the same. Maybe it s alright in this case.
Anyway, looks pretty cool man. Good luck.

    Regards

That area is tricky mate... sure.
But i see one thing that you should make better. I ll use the right side of the car as reference. See where you have that rib?now look at left and right side of it. On the left u have a fine square, but on the right you have a huge rectangle. If the right and left side of this rib had a square of the same size approximately, i m pretty sure it will give you a better result. You see, has you have it, the mesh is being pulled on each side of that rib very differently, one side is being more pulled than the other.
I think this little step will be a good start for that fix. Try mate.

    Regards and good luck

mesh looks a bit messy but it seems to work in some places, i suggest you slow down a bit and take care of your topology and get a good flow, and you will run into less bumps.
