    Hamann Rim

    Hello!

I´m trying model the hamann vulcano rims, got inspired by element his rim model here looks amazing.

I got the rim model up to a level that if i continue I won't be able to make modifications to the basic shape, I need your help to polish it before i make the screw holes.

this is what i got so far..

the vulcano rims cry for nurbs

you should rework you bevels...they are not accurate.

    hmm...thinking about a tutorial

    thx guys for your help.

Element, a tutorial will be most welcome You are right i didn't use bevels, i just added geometry to help keep the shape sharp but smooth.

What do you mean "not accurate" Do they need to be sharper?

Can you give me a little teaser from the tut Can you post a wireframe of your rims and if it´s possible a profile shot. here its mine but i don't think its right.
