    Audi R8

Hi there, I'm quite new to the site and i thought I'd post my current project.
I worked entirely out of XSI
I'm using an architectural shader for the car paint
If anyone can direct me to a tut or a post about getting the car paint looking more realistic in xsi that would be great.
Feed back would be greatly appreciated

    Thanks

    hey man,

first of all welcome to the forum!

if it's your first car it's not bad at all

maybe post some viewport shots so we can see the mesh...also some wireframes

from what i see the car is not too accurate, but I suggest to not trying to rework it, will be too much pain Just start a new project and you will get better

well it's hard to point any extra mistakes...first of all the edges are bit undefined..some of them should be sharper...then the front looks too flat to me, it shouldn't be this way.
My advice is to use more reference photos to check the actual car not only use blueprints (sure I don't know if you did it that way or not)
