Dodge Challenger escaping a flooding city

    Hey,

I've been messing around a bit in photoshop with a render. So far the vehicle in the scene is a bit of a mock up (not rendered into the scene it's sitting in, so the reflections aren't correct.

Anyway, I'd like to hear any crits at this stage.

    Cheers

Hey! A very impressive image really, way better than what I could possibly pull of in PS. It's just that, I somehow don't really get the feel of speed from the Challenger, it almost looks stationary despite the water spray coming from behind the wheels. Could be just me and unfortunately, I have no idea how you go around to fix that. I guess the tire threads should be blurred but I'm unsure this alone would fix it.

Anyway, regardless, it's a brilliant image. I really like the contrast and muted colors you chose. A dramatic scene indeed.

Oh.. Maybe I should have mentioned that...
The motion blur hasn't been added in this picture. Nor has the wheels spinning on the challenger.
The rain will also be a bit more angled toward the camer and become more dramatic. There will also be wiper blades moving with mud on windscreen and car. Just haven't gotten there yet

nice update bro looks way much better the the one you showed me before !

the only things i think need some more work is the details behind the car , since it's raining we shot see some of those shocks of watter on the glass od the car ,
tyre need motion blur , to give the effect that the car is in action , reduice the glow from the light it a little bit exagerated .
and i guess you have some lights coming from the both sides of the car try to reduice them or even take them off you're in a city and cloudy sky , so most of the lights should something like indirected lights .

other than that it looks good bro . looking forward to see that

Nice composition, the second one looks much better, but still the rain splatters on the car don't look much real and it would be good if the tires were spinning also they look a little too fat to me and what Salim said, but nevertheless great job

I think that the driver still lokks so cg....try smoothing him down a bit or adding some shadows in ps to his face. Everytime i look at your stunning image i can't help looking at this crazy driver ! XD I think u reached a good level with reflections and rain too, just some post-blur and end up in a glorious way!
