    2012 VW Passat WIP

hey everyone...so i am working on an online spot for VW and was wondering if i could get some feedback on my render...my biggest concern is whether or not i should go with a "glossier" paint versus a more "matte" look...

so the first image is the one i like, and the second one is with glossier paint...the HDR i chose for the second image is a bit overkill, i will tame it down, but the style of render will remain the same...

any feedback or suggestions would be appreciated...cheers

Looking really nice, but you should work on the headlight glare, looks a bit photoshopped.

Yep, other than that it's really great. I like both of the looks, but I think I prefer the first one.

yeah i agree with the headlights, thanks for pointing that out...im definitely gonna get that nice and bright to show the sexy headlights in there...they have me working on the interior side shot for now so that will take up a couple of days...ill be sure to post the exterior render once that gets tweaked...thanks for the comments

hey guys...so here is an updated render of what the final should look like...still gotta fix the dark headlights, and also add some life to the amber turn signal...its looking very flat...also i need to make some decent headlight glow as opposed to the cheesy photochopped ones right now...anyone know a good tutorial or have some advice for that?

any feedback on the render is appreciated...thanks...

Looking better! Apart from the headlights, the front bumper looks too flat, try adding some reflections there. Keep working

thanks for feedback again guys...once again, they have now even changed the camera angle...they want it at a complete profile shot, which is not too exciting...ill throw up some images if it turns out awesome...if not, thanks again for all the feedback
