    Cheers dude.

Hmm it might be a tiny bit deeper, I will tweak it. It's not the final model at the moment.

Better is a bit general, better how? Is it not the lighting?

Nice render and model RM and Nice stuff too there Dave, but the darker area on the centre of the LM distracts a bit from the whole

    Hi guys!

This is my first post at CG cars .

Here are some my rims (models were made in Solidworks and renders in 3DS Max & Vray)

    AMG Style 7

    Hamann

    And HRE

Tyre models are not good at all, because this is my second tyre model ever made (first one is something in between Eagle F1 and Yokohama as you can see above if you look at Hamann's rim ^^).

    and Solidworks screenshots:

I would be glad to hear some comments.

Nicely done... I still haven't tried this again in SW. Do you render you SW stuff in Max? What do you export the files as? What I can crit though is that the depth-detail [depth offset of certain surfaces from the edge of the rim] on your wheels seem a bit more shallow than the real thing.

Thank you for your comment and crit (btw, rendering in my weakness)
Yes, I render all my stuff in 3DS Max. I do that by exporting as a .STEP file into Rhino and from Rhino you can export as .3ds file.

And here is AMG style 7 ss:
