Ah I see major problem here:
Golden rule for polymodeling... Always have 4 verticles on each polyfaces. You can use 3 verticles if necessary. I mean thats only if 3 verticles doesn't causes bump when smooth it.
Keep the edge in smooth flow... edges that needs to be straight. That can avoid some "wrinkle looking thing" See attached images...

Green- Correct way of doing Edges
    Red-delete edges

Those pic attached just example on correct way to do polymodeling. I did not want to tell you how to model it, or anything. I don't really know or have picture reference on this car.

My Suggestion: Is to forget about this car and try again or proceed with another model. Before you do that... Collect LOTS of picture references especially details such as taillight, windows, wheel arch and etc. since, Blueprint is not always perfect. Start with plane model, and do it real slow. start at the front first and flow throughly with edges with perfect line, remember to limit up to 4 verticles only, avoid tri poly faces unless its necessary. Also, make sure you detach some parts such as bonnet, side fender, bumper and etc so that way it would not require so much edges and cause messy.

Hope that helps. Ask for more if you need.
