well. the trick is, that I didn't learn it in all. When U start zb3 U get scene already preprepared and ready to sculpt. So i grabbed the pen and gone wild. And - believe me- it is really that simple.

@petter: that's nice work. i especially like the last one but the textures need improvement. the discs/books need some higher-res textures and the background seems to reflect a bit but that's a really stylish render

here is some of my off topic work - the sketches
my main object is the gates of havelis(old mansions of India)
and there is 1 rose also see them
and one photo is of a haveli from my hometown Jodhpur
see it's unbelievable (it's made about 450-500 years ago!)
this architectural photo is just a small e.g. of my home town.
