Allright, made crossbars to give more support to the seat belt, put in some floor mats and made holes in the rear mesh where the chassis parts protrude.
Now it's pretty much just the pedals left and the &%!@ stitching of course Then it's the engine parts and a couple of more details on the bodywork.

really not a big fan of the design..even the steering wheel is really bad but i appreciate your work!
Keep working ...try to change a bit the design you should study more the old designs to make more fluent lines.
*i forgot to say that the interior looks really great!! Good luck!
gabi_hantig: Sorry you don't like it however I don't believe that you can please everyone, whatever you do especially in an area such as design. However, I do like critiques but please be a bit more specific. Instead of simply saying "bad" which doesn't help me whatsoever, tell me how you'd like to see it different.
Anyways, I won't make any drastic changes to the design at this time, I'm creating a modern car that I'd like to own and for that I'm on the right track.
Here's an update to show how I'm cutting up the rear end and I'm going to add a filler cap in the center of the rear hatch. I want the trunk to work like a pic-up so you can use it as a place to sit when you're on picnic for instance. I'll show you in a later render.
Thanks you so much for the positive feedback from the rest of you!

Hey guys, just wanted to let you know that I'm still working on this car. Took vacation over the summer after way too much work and then I got a puppy that needs lots of attention Well, I remade several parts of the body to make some lines flow smoother. Especially round the side and front end. Don't mind the render though, the reflections are crap, just wanted to test this color combination. Going to make a new filler cap now, this one is just a temporary one.
Anyways, nice to be back! Now I need to make a nice scene to place the car in. Any suggestions? I want an outdoor scene and a studio scene. Then I'll move on and to the convertible salt flats version.

Thanks P2sta! Yeah, I will look into that. Anyways; before I started creating an environment for the car I felt I needed to render it properly too see if it's good to go in the render area. Got the backplate and HDRI from www.hdri-locations.com, you have probably seen it before since it's been used by several people but I like the mood in them. I think the result is nice, so I'll move on to some proper environments now.
