Thanks for the replies guys, it's really good to be back on this!

I've been doing some more work on the carbon monocoque that will make the main structure of the car, and I've also added the glass bubble roof. There'll be more details added to the roof later on, but now I just want to get the overall shape in place.

I'll post some sketches later on to show what I'm aiming at with the design.

    Wire

Hey, I've made this wire set-up to build the body around. Thought I'd share it.

Thanks w0rx.! Yeah, I have sketches. They are really quick and by hand so I haven't scanned them. I like having them by hand and let the small details develop during the modelling. But if you'd like I could scan and post them.

ye i think thatd be a great idea, and i know what you mean about small details developing as it goes along, but just wanted to see the main idea for the shape, wondering if your going creative and maybe using an animal like shape or an exisisting car shape, find concepts very interesting. No preasure though

I think i know where this one goes and so far i like it reminds me a bit of Chrysler Prowler.

Hey guys, here's a quick and rough sketch. Since I really don't like the Prowlers I hope this won't look that much like one. I think the idea with the Prowler is really cool, but something got lost in translation

Well, as I said, the details will evolve during the process and I guess the perspective will be correct in model since it's not on the sketch

Im not a fan of prowler too so I like how your sketch vary from prowler design then only thing similar is front and side of car a bit but you made it wider also bigger front wheels looks better keep up good work.

Well, I've started building the body of the car. Very roughly at the moment but I will add lots of details and of course geometry. Just wanted to get the main shape down first. Haven't started with the front end or the hood so never mind that.
