Hi guys me again think of doing a car again ,sry had do go for the sls amg any way for the first time i made spline cage took me quite a while but think bit ok what do guys think
they are somehow off ! i see you're using Campoints to match the viewport camera, that's good too but looking at the picture you've just posted , you'd better avoid this kind of images to match . you'll have some major accuracy problems at the end if you continue it like this . try out some good angles like the one that show some symmetry and good easy place to locate in the car : something like this : http://www.netcarshow.com/mercedes-b...llpaper_17.htm
or this : http://www.netcarshow.com/mercedes-b...llpaper_49.htm
but just to tell you from my own expirience this work best when you have at least 2 or 3 lines accurate , and using symmetry will helps you to get good proportions . so you'ld better start using the blueprints for proportions then you can try to match it with refference pictures and fix everything , it's true it take time but you'll get something very accurate at the end .
@ljabli-k i'll chk using the images you given me (thnx a lot ),but i didn't understated what you meant by "but just to tell you from my own experience this work best when you have at least 2 or 3 lines accurate",yea you right its take a lot of time and i realized that on all the blueprints side and back the crease near the back bumper is off .
@beacon1 i can use this coz the one i used the side door is not clear ,thnx
@mynameisoscarjo yea dude me too
and i went to see the only car that available in our country so was able to get some snaps
it mean , that you should use blueprint,side to side of that technic , start from a blueprints to have some lines , and switch to refference pictures and base the rest on it . and you can fix those lines after .
just don't rely on the blueprints more than 10 to 20% . take the time it need to match the pictures then e sure you'll get a nice resault at the end .

yea thnx for the advice,got some reference pics and its time to start checking with them , any way after getting the basic spline cage thought of changing stuff here and there i'm not a concept car designer but what do you guys think of this?
