BMW 120i (RHINO) n00b
hey all
here's a NURBS exercise i decided to try out, also my first nurbs car its SOOO inaccurate it makes me want to cry but please understand accuracy is not my aim for this project what i'm going for is an end result that will look cool and resemble a BMW 120i I'm allowing this for my self because it's my first nurbs project =P but none of these luxuries for my next car hah I am posting this so i can recieve technique feedback and maybe some help for some surfacing as i go along =D I am afraid i am an extremely unmotivated person lol so please bear with me, and with high school getting in the way, gha this cud take a while well enough talking, here it is =D

I'd recommend you at first to make general shape of the body only then add details ( like headlights and grills). It'll be problematically to remodel them if something going wrong.

thanks for the input!
I'm actually saving the filleting for the last stage, adjusting surfaces regularly would be a huge pain otherwise as for the details, your completely correct, sometimes i just cant resist but add some details purely for eye candy =D but it is true, if i decide to adjust, i would have to untrim and redo them im gonna work on the car some more once i get home. im guessing small updates will come soon

i experimented with some surfaces and ended up with the first attachment, im not sure if the technique is right in face im pretty sure its wrong lol but it still looks alright it would be great if someone could show me the correct method of dealing with this type of situation second attachment - render of side surfaces
