Renault Sport Spider

Hey guys!

Man, it has been quite a while since I last logged in

Anyways, I saw the thread about the Nissan 200SX, and I finally got my *ss moving around in 3ds max.
Since I'm a n00b modeler, I thought the Renault Sport Spider wouldn't be all that hard to do, but things have proven different for me

I have started on that car last year, because I wanted to have it in game for Street Legal Racing: Redline, an old Invictus racing game.
Last year, I didn't know anything about max, so the model went from low poly to mega high poly and still looking sh*tty, LOL!
Anyways, with the restarting of that model, I decided to keep things low poly, and use TS (it=2) to get some nice results.
The renders you're about to see, are only in 800*600, and with a very easy scene setup and materials, because I wanted to keep the rendertime low.
Once the car's finished, I'll make some nice 1280*1024 renders with proper materials!

Ok, here are the pics:

any advice as to what I'm messing up are more than welcome

-Dave

Nice start, I know this car pretty well as I started a model of it too. Keep us updated, you're doing good job.

But please use the attachment system. Even with a decent bandwidth, your thread takes eons to load.

I will use the attachments system from now on, sorry about that; I'm used to seditio and LDU, that's why I posted in the same manner, sorry!

Thanks for the comments!
I see that you guys have a LOT of tutorials and such, so I will do my best to make the Spider a nice model
