Petter - don't worry, I have many other 3D projects going on at once. This is my first and only car, so I'm using it as a testbed to learn. I figure I might as well upload any progress I make. if you don't want to see them, don't look
![]() P2sta - thanks again. Yes, the tyre-wall has sunken and raised lettering. The "Pirelli" text is actually surrounded by a sunken bump texture (which you can find on some real Pirelli tyres). It's clearer on some images than on others (see attached image - you can just about make out the sunken bump texture around the bottom Pirelli logo). I can't decide if the attached image should be with or without the DOF/heat haze effect (one is with, and one is without). Jme |
